Life is only as purposeful as we make it. So, this year I made a vow to begin my life’s mission to spread love (through volunteer work and little acts of kindness) and re-awaken my adventurous spirit. Change is inevitable, and I’ve finally decided (and commit) to change my priorities in life.

And for the first time since I can remember, I feel SO alive! I would even describe it as a rebirth of my existence, the breakthrough that reaches deep into my {{{ irie soul }}}.  My strength, stamina and energy level has dramatically increased over the course of the year that you can just sense it from checking out this post–a look back at the highlights of my life in 2015:

Tried out Orangetheory Fitness:

Ran the Ocean Road 10K:

In short, I would describe 2015 as an AMAZING year of adventures, growth and life victories, thanks to the many good and inspirational people I met along the way who made each and every experience extra special. So, cheers to all of you, to 2015, and to the New Year!
